Per FTC regulations, this page describes all sources of any compensation we receive through this site.
Our intent is to provide high-quality information about a variety of business topics. We may describe results or errors we encountered. We may recommend a specific product or service or service provider.
Whatever we publish as the author is based on our own experiences and opinions. This includes information from conferences, seminars, and classes we attend; books, articles, or blogs we read; and products or services we try or use. In all cases, please be assured it is our intention to always remain objective, impartial, and unbiased. See the relevant section below for more information.
Accordingly, we promise to make every effort in this site’s content to be fair, accurate and truthful. And of course, we expect that of our guest authors. Guest posts represent the advice, reports, and opinions solely of our guest authors.
Nothing on this site may apply to your situation or work for you as expected or at all. Business Vitality LLC is in no way liable for any effect or result—or lack of either—that you may experience if you decide to take action based on what you read here.

FOR SITE VISITOR PROTECTION
Any claim, statistics, or other representation about a product or service recommended on this website should be verified with the product manufacturer, service provider, or other sources before you make any purchase or take any action.

Reporting Errors and Making Comments
It is impossible for us to keep each and every article and review updated on a daily basis. For this reason we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all the information you read anywhere on this website.
We welcome your feedback and assistance in updating the information we present; please use our Contact page. We promise to correct any errors as we discover them or as they are brought to our attention. If the option to comment on blog posts is provided, feel free to challenge us or disagree with us in the Comments section.
Guest posts and comments posted at the end of each article represent the advice, reports, and opinions of our guest posters or our readers. We cannot insure the accuracy of or be held responsible for their content.
All comments become the property of this blog when they are posted. Because of that, we have the right to delete without notice any comment that is abusive, rude, mean-spirited, profane, or completely unrelated to the topic itself.
We offer the following services, which can be done individually (coaching and mentoring) or in groups (facilitation):
- Leadership development.
- Business coaching and consulting, including strategic planning, goals, action planning, time management.
- Web site and blog design, development, installation and maintenance.
- Copywriting and editing.
- Social media support.
- Business office / home office organizing.
- Seminars, training classes, and presentations on the above topics.
Anything we publish on those subjects on this site is with our readers’ best interests in mind, not ours. That said, we may occasionally link to our other sites in order to familiarize you with our services.
We do not accept money, gifts, samples or any other incentives from providers of products or services in exchange for special consideration in the preparation of reviews or ratings. If we are sent complimentary items such as books or products, we make no promises to the sender to review them.
We have arrangements with the following to earn a small fee should you purchase their products or services through links on this site. In all cases, we used them before we became an affiliate of their services. We continue to be very pleased with them. We recommend them only for that reason. All of these links are affiliate links:
- Amazon.com: Books and a ton of other stuff.
- Aweber.com: Email marketing. This is the service we use to build and manage our email subscriber lists. Get their free PDF, “Email Marketing Delivered: Why Aweber Is Right For YOU” to learn about their services.
- HostGator.com: Web site hosting service. This is one of several web hosting companies we use and recommend. It is currently the only one with which we have an affiliate relationship.
We earn the affiliate commission through any link we place on this site connecting with one of the above. It may be a text link or via a graphic image. If it is a text line, “(aff)” appears before the link to indicate the affiliate relationship. If it’s an ad, it is an affiliate link unless otherwise specified.
When we attend conferences, for the vast majority of them, we pay our own registration fees and travel/hotel expenses. If we are invited as a speaker, often the conference will waive our registration fee. Accepting this arrangement makes no agreement between us and the conference organizers that we will write posts or reviews about the event or about what we will say if we do.
Occasionally people send us business books to review at no cost to us. Any reviews we publish about such books are our own opinion and have no connection to the fact that we received the book for free. Sending us a book does not create an arrangement with or promise from us to review it.
